THE CHALLENGE

Our City Deserves Better. Let's Keep Rajkot Clean.

Rajkot is our home — its streets, gardens, lakes, rivers and public spaces belong to all of us.

Yet plastic waste, litter and careless disposal can quickly turn beautiful public places into polluted spaces. Cleanup Rajkot brings citizens together to take action where it matters most.

Through community cleanup drives, environmental awareness campaigns and volunteer participation, we are working to create a culture where cleanliness is not a one-day activity, but a shared responsibility.

From roads and public spaces to riverbanks and natural areas, every cleanup makes a difference.

✓ Cleaner Places.

✓ Responsible Citizens.

✓ A Better Rajkot.

Community Responsibility

THE PROBLEM IS AROUND US

Clean Streets Need More Than Cleaning — They Need Responsibility.

Waste does not disappear when we throw it away.

Plastic bottles, bags, food packaging and other litter can remain in our surroundings, enter waterways and damage the natural environment.

Rajkot already has city-level waste-management systems and initiatives such as door-to-door collection, source segregation and recycling-related programs. Citizen participation is an important part of keeping these efforts effective.

The Road Ahead

Our Vision For Rajkot

We envision a Rajkot where citizens take pride in their surroundings, public spaces are respected, plastic pollution is reduced and every generation understands that cleanliness begins with individual responsibility.

A Cleaner Rajkot, One Area at a Time

We bring volunteers together to identify neglected public spaces and organize meaningful cleanup activities across Rajkot.

Build a Strong Volunteer Community

We want more students, professionals, families, businesses and citizens to become active participants in keeping Rajkot clean.

Create a Culture of Cleanliness

Cleaning a place is only the beginning. Our goal is to encourage better waste habits, reduce littering and create long-term awareness in the community.

ACTION IN RAJKOT

Real People. Real Action. Real Change.

Every cleanup drive begins with people who care.

Our volunteers come together to clean public spaces, collect waste, spread awareness and encourage citizens to take responsibility for the places they use every day.

I joined Cleanup Rajkot because I wanted to do something practical for my city. Seeing an area transform after a cleanup drive is an experience everyone should have.

The best part of these drives is seeing people from different backgrounds come together for one common purpose — keeping Rajkot clean.

Cleanup is not only about picking up waste. It is about changing the way we think about our responsibility towards our city.
